Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keep your contact information up to date
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

For Creators

• AI agents must be original work or properly licensed
• Provide accurate descriptions and functionality details
• Ensure agents comply with ethical AI principles
• Maintain and support your published agents
• Respond to user inquiries and feedback promptly

For Users

• Use AI agents only for their intended purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not reverse engineer or redistribute agents
• Provide honest reviews and feedback
• Report any issues or violations promptly

Prohibited Content

• Agents that promote illegal activities
• Malicious or harmful AI implementations
• Content that violates privacy or data protection laws
• Discriminatory or biased AI systems
• Agents that infringe on third-party rights

Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include applicable taxes and fees
• Payment is required before accessing purchased AI agents
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking

Refunds and Returns

• Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered
• Refunds may be considered for technical issues or misrepresentation
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to investigate refund claims

Creator Payments

• Creators receive 70% of the sale price after platform fees
• Payments are processed monthly for verified creators
• Minimum payout threshold of ₹1,000
• Tax compliance is the creator's responsibility

Platform Content

The platform design, features, and underlying technology are owned by BharatAI Connect and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of AI agents and content you create. By listing on our platform, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content.

Respect for Rights

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability or technical issues.

AI Agent Performance

We do not guarantee the performance, accuracy, or suitability of AI agents for specific purposes. Users purchase and use AI agents at their own risk.

Damages

Our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to purchased content.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks to the platform.

Effect of Termination

• Access to the platform and purchased content will be revoked
• Outstanding payments may be forfeited
• Data may be deleted according to our retention policy
• Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination
